Do we ship worldwide?

We ship to most countries! Australia, UK, USA, Canada, Europe, China, South America, Asia, South East Asia, and others.

How long will the delivery take?

For accurate details, please check the calculated shipping info in the checkout page. You can choose from Standard delivery or Express delivery options.

How long will the packing my order take?

Up to 7 business days.

Where is the products shipped from? 

All orders are shipped from our studio in Hong Kong.

How to track my order?

You will receive an email when we dispatch your order. In the email there is a tracking link and ID.

Can we guarantee specific arrival dates? 

Unfortunately, we can't guarantee your order will arrive to you by a specific date, but we'll do our best to make sure it arrives asap!

Can I change my address or order details after I ordered?

We can update your order details and address as long as the order has not been dispatched yet.

How to return an item?

You may return an item if you would like a refund or to exchange sizes within 30 days of you receiving your order.
